Yes, there is a limit on kilometers you drove and that are 200 km. If you exceed km limit, per km rate will be applicable to you which starts from 3/km. Details Limit as follows: -> Hourly:-10 Kms, 6 Hour:-60 Kms, 1 day:-150 Kms, 2 days:-300 Kms, 3 days:- 425 Kms, 5 days:- 625 Kms, 6 days:-675 Kms, 7 days:- 750 Kms, 10 days:- 1100 Kms, 15 days:- 1700 Kms, 20 days:- 2000 Kms, 30 days:- 2400 Kms

Non geared vehicles: First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹100 + hourly rates. Royal Enfields: First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹250 + hourly rates All Other Bikes: First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹200 + hourly rates Post 2 Hours, subsequent hourly charges will be applicable on weekdays with model wise penalty (Mon–Fri) On weekends(Sat-Sun): 24 Hrs rental charges will be applicable as per company policy.

You can simply cancel your booking on the website. We do have a cancelation policy. If the Rider cancels their booking before 24 hours of the Bike pick up time, they are refunded 80% of the amount paid. However, if the cancellation is done on the same day of the Bike pick up time (i.e. within 24 hours of the pickup time), they are not refunded any amount.

Yes, you get a complimentary 1 helmet from our side and an extra Helmet charge - INR 50 per day will be charged separately, in case rider need extra helmet and will be provided subject to availability.

Check-in and check-out timings are 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. in the morning respectively.
